Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to enquiries and bookings for Fit Nexus night mangrove experiences.

1. Booking Requests

Submitting a form does not automatically confirm a tour. A booking is confirmed only after availability, route details, price and any payment terms are agreed.

2. Guest Responsibilities

  • Arrive on time at the agreed meeting point.
  • Follow all guide and boat safety instructions.
  • Avoid flash photography or behaviour that may disturb fireflies and wildlife.
  • Tell us in advance about mobility needs, children, health concerns or special requirements.

3. Weather and Route Changes

Night river tours depend on weather, tides, visibility and safety. We may adjust timing, route or itinerary to protect guests, guides and the mangrove habitat.

4. Cancellations

Cancellation and rescheduling terms are provided with each confirmed booking. We aim to be fair when conditions are outside the guest’s control.

5. Wildlife

Firefly sightings and wildlife encounters are natural experiences and cannot be guaranteed in exact numbers, intensity or location.

6. Final Provisions

These terms are designed to support safe, respectful and enjoyable eco-tourism experiences in Malaysia.
